In accordance with section 15 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (“the Act”) and for all annual spend above or equal to £5,000,000, West Dunbartonshire Council must produce and publish an annual procurement report on regulated procurement activities as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of their financial year.
The report for financial year 2019 has been produced and approved for publication by the Council’s elected members at the May Corporate Services Committee.
