West Dunbartonshire Citizens Panel is a group of residents who have volunteered to be contacted with surveys about key local topics and priorities. The panel is reflective of the population of West Dunbartonshire, and results from surveys are used to measure satisfaction and performance as well as informing service improvements.
Full panel surveys are carried out twice per year, with members invited to provide their views anonymously on local services and activities. Responses from this are used to inform planning and priorities in future years.
The most recent survey, carried out in Spring 2018, focused on the local environment and issues around community and anti-social behaviour. This follows the Autumn 2017 survey which looked getting around, the local community, library and culture services and internet access.
The next Survey is due to be carried out during Autumn 2018.
