Customer Charter

We will set high standards of customer care and tell you how we are performing against them. Our aim will always be to coordinate and deliver services as efficiently and effectively as possible. At the same time we want to nurture the ability of our customers and communities to do more for themselves.

Whenever you contact us we want to make sure you receive an excellent service. The Council is a large and diverse organisation but you should be able to tell us about your issue once and we will take it from there. If you feel that we are falling short of these high standards please let us know.
