West Dunbartonshire Council has been undertaking a monthly survey of resident satisfaction since 2013. The telephone based survey asks a representative sample of residents about their satisfaction with the Council overall and with specific service areas.
225 residents are surveyed every quarter and these responses are used by services to plan improvement in their area. The most recent quarterly and annual results are provided below:
