You can report anti-social behaviour to Housing Operations Monday to Friday between 8.45am - 2.00am and Saturday to Sunday 3pm - 2am on 01389 772048.  After this time you can report all cases of ASB to Police Scotland on 101.  If you feel threatened or your life is at risk please contact Police on 999. 

Who are ASB Services?

The Anti-Social Behaviour Services (ASB) deal with complaints of serious anti-social conduct across the West Dunbartonshire area and where necessary raises legal proceedings for ASBOs and evictions. Referrals and pro-active disclosures from the Research and Intelligence team and Police Scotland are also used to progress enforcement measures against individuals as necessary and appropriate as part of our joint partnership to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour. 

Some of the behaviours we will deal with are drug dealing, dog fouling, littering, fly tipping, loud music, assaults, threatening behaviour and youth disorder.

Who we help

Our service is available to all tenants and residents of West Dunbartonshire including:

  • West Dunbartonshire Council tenants
  • Private sector tenants
  • Home owners
