Interested in a Modern Apprenticeship?

A Modern Apprenticeship provides paid 'on the job' training.  It can also improve your skills in communication, reading, writing and numbers, I.T., team work and problem solving - all of value to any employer.  There are a range of apprenticeships offered, you can find out more on the Modern Apprenticeship Training Programme page.

Would you like further qualifications?

We all know qualifications can be important when looking for work.  We can help you gain a range of qualifications and sector specific qualifications for FREE.  There are lots of choices available for you to get qualifications - you can join short courses, a learning group, short workshops - it's up to you.

Do you want to increase your confidence? 

We all lack confidence sometimes but if you feel this holds you back then a confidence building course many be the answer. 

Do you wish you could feel more confident to move forward in your life - make positive changes?

Then a confidence building course may be just what you need.  People who come along to these courses tend to feel better in themselves, more able to take part in activities and stand up for themselves.  They can see a new more positive future for themselves and their families, this can involve moving onto other learning, getting a job, volunteering or starting training.

Do you need help to use computers?

We offer a range of options for people to learn to use a computer - for absolute beginners and for those who want to improve their computing skills.  This can include gaining a qualification. 

There is also support for using the Universal Jobmatch website and using the computer for job searching, doing CV's, and covering letters.
