Whether you’re calling a member of your family who stays on the other side of the world, or just catching up with friends, it’s free to call anyone using Skype.

Skype is a software application that allows users to make voice calls over the Internet. Calls are free to other Skype users, while calls to both traditional landline telephones and mobile phones can be made for a nominal fee using a debit-based user account system.

This one off 2hr session will cover the basics of:

  • downloading and installing the software.
  • registering and setting up the application ready for use.
  • hands on experience of using the Skype software application to make calls to other Skype users.

Must have basic PC Skills
