Each year all social landlords are required to send the Scottish Housing Regulator information which shows how they are performing against the standards and outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
Following the successful submission of this information via the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) the Scottish Housing Regulator has now published a landlord report for each landlord on their website.
This report includes key data from the ARC (18 key indicators) compared to a Scottish average figure and a comparison tool on their website allows performance to be compared with other landlords.
The 18 indicators included in the landlord reports have been assessed by the Regulator as being the most relevant and interesting in relation to performance and were identified in consultation with tenant representatives.
