The annual rent setting consultation has begun and all WDC tenants have an opportunity to influence this important decision.
The consultation was launched at a public meeting on 22/11/24 and is now open to all tenants to have their say. The voting survey will close on 31/01/25.
A virtual evening meeting has also been arranged for Thursday 9 January, 7pm on Zoom to give more people an opportunity to hear about the options and answer any questions . Please contact Jane Mack on 0798 354 2993 or email jane.mack@west-dunbarton.gov.uk if you want the Zoom link.
To ensure that the rent increase is as low as possible, there are only 2 options being put forward for all tenants to vote on;
Option 1: 8% increase (average weekly increase of £7.60).
This option will mean:
Option 2: 9% increase (average weekly increase of £8.55).
This option is as Option 1, plus:
