Housing Services are starting a review of our repairs policy and we would like to find out from tenants how important different aspects of the repairs service are to them.
We have developed a short survey made up of 6 questions, which should only take a few minutes to complete. We would encourage as many tenants as possible to participate and provide their views. The survey is completely anonymous and any personal data provided will not be used to identify an individual.
The survey opened on 12 June 2024 and will close on 25 June 2024. The feedback provided will help inform a revised policy which will be the subject of a final consultation process later in the year.
