On Monday 30 September 2024, emergency roads and street lighting faults can be reported by calling RALF on Freephone 0800 373635.
Customers can report non emergency faults via the website or by calling 01389 737542 within working hours.
It would be helpful when reporting a lighting fault to supply the street light column number, the House number/name it is outside or near, the street name and the problem with the light.
Social Work Services will continue to be delivered as normal on Monday 30 September 2024.
The Social Work Standby Service will be available by phone on 0300 343 1505 during weekends and public holidays.
Home Care Services will be operating on an everyday basis.

The Working4U Service will be unavailable on Monday 30 September 2024.
Any referrals made to this service will be dealt with on their return.
