Alexandria Library , Gilmour Street, Alexandria G83 0DA
Alasdair Gray described Agnes Owens as ‘the most unfairly neglected of all living Scottish authors’. Over the last 18 months Dallas has been working to reinstate her marginalised position, installing her archive, cataloguing original manuscripts and letters (donated by her son John Crosbie) with the aim of sharing her rich legacy to inspire others.
Join us to hear about the archive and share your memories.
Our venue is accessible but if you have any specific needs please don't hesitate to get in touch. This event is free but ticketed. Tickets are limited per booking due to the capacity of the venue.
