Under 5 child plus parent/guardian can enjoy a discounted swim session during the spring break on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 1.00pm to 2.55pm
Laned Swim Sessions
For serious swimmers why not take advantage of our laned swimming sessions to get an uninterrupted serious exercise session in our swimming pool.
Juvenile Gym Sessions (12 – 15yrs)
Available seven days a week. Please note Juveniles must have completed an induction session to gain access to the Gym, normal charges apply.
The Vale's swimming pool and health suite will be open at 9.00am every Tuesday throughout the summer school holidays
