This class is taught by a fully trained post natal instructor and allows mum the opportunity to exercise with like minded mums.
Class consists of a number of low impact stations focusing on strength ( especially pelvic floor) , toning and increasing fitness levels.
Baby must be in pram or buggy as this is used in within the class. No babysitter required J.
