Climate ACTION is a week-long film academy for young people aged between 13 and 17. In five days, we will: write a script, design costumes and props, film, edit, and finish a series of climate-related films.
With over 70% of young people feeling hopeless in the face of the climate and ecological crisis, our Climate ACTION Film Academy will support young people to navigate complex emotions, whilst empowering them - through professional guidance and learning practical filmmaking skills - to share their voice in what is the single biggest challenge that their generation will face.
What can you expect on the day? Beyond free lunch and snacks, you can expect a creative challenge and to meet like-minded young people from across West Dunbartonshire. Sessions will be led by professional filmmakers, Braw Talent.
