Custard Powder 100g
Dried Milk 250g (+2L water) milk
Sugar 90g

Method

  • Put water in pot or double boiler and when boiling add dried milk and stir.
  • Mix some milk with the custard powder. Add the custard mix to the hot milk and simmer gently until thickened.
  • Add sugar and serve.

N.B 125g dried milk - 1ltr water.
