Meatballs in gravy with yorkshire pudding

Onions 160g
Beef Bouillon 50g Celery
Water 2l
Cornflour 30g
Yorkshire pudding 20 Gluten, wheat, milk , egg

Method

  • Cook meatballs in oven at 180C /350F/ gas mark 4 until brown and reached core temperature
  • Make up beef bouillon, add to water and onions, thicken with cornflour then add mix to meatballs.
  • Cook Yorkshire puddings and serve with meatballs
