Method
Make up mix with low fat natural yoghurt, light mayonnaise, lemon juice and caster sugar.
Add cheese, grated apples and sultanas. Mix well.
Place shredded lettuce on plate, spoon the cheese mix on top of lettuce and put salad veg at side.
Wrap with cling film.
Keep refrigerated until service time.
Sprinkle diced apples on top of mix at service.
