Method
Boil pasta shapes, drain and refresh
Dice tomatoes, cucumber and chicken
Shred lettuce
Mix mayonnaise, chicken, pasta, (cucumber and tomato can be put in pasta or served separate with shredded lettuce)
Plate up pasta and salad. Wrap in cling film. Keep refrigerated until service time.
