Chicken Pasta Mayonnaise

Pasta Shapes 150g Gluten, wheat
light mayo 150g egg
Tomatoes 850g
Cucumber 250g
Iceberg Lettice 500g

Method

  • Boil pasta shapes, drain and refresh
  • Dice tomatoes, cucumber and chicken
  • Shred lettuce
  • Mix mayonnaise, chicken, pasta, (cucumber and tomato can be put in pasta or served separate with shredded lettuce)
  • Plate up pasta and salad. Wrap in cling film. Keep refrigerated until service time.
