Seasonal leeks 400g
mushrooms 400g
oregano 2tsp
pepper
Olive Oil

Method

  • Wash Leek and mushrooms
  • 6mm slice, white part and the start of the green only of the leek
  • 6mm slice, the mushrooms
  • Spray pan with oil.
    • Add Mushrooms and cooking for approx.3 minutes.
    • Add leeks, pepper& oregano.
    • Sauté a further 8 minutes serve
