Consultation with staff on the academic calendar takes place when the school return in August with the outcome of the consultation discussed with Trade Unions. The proposed dates are submitted to the Local Negotiating Committee for Teachers (LNCT) for approval and the dates are then published on the website. 

Due to timescales to allow for consultation and discussion, it is anticipated that the proposed dates for the following year will be submitted to LNCT in December.
