The Council implemented a new organisational structure on 1 April 2016. This structure aligns services to strategic leads, who will act as advisors to the Chief Executive in their respective area.
Each Strategic Lead has worked to develop a delivery plan, outlining the key areas of work they will focus on for 2016/17 and the specific actions their teams will be progressing to ensure successful delivery of these.
