West Dunbartonshire moves into Level 3 from Monday 26 April and this means we are able to resume non essential repairs within homes. As this work has been restricted since December 2020, we expect it will take the team a significant period of time to work through outstanding repairs which were reported prior to lockdown.
If you have already logged a repair request, there is no need to contact us again. If you would like to log a new non-essential repair which has not previously been reported, visit the repairs page and only contact by phone if it is essential to do so at this time.
Full details is available on the Housing Options and Homeless Services page.
