The Vale of Leven Industrial Estate makes up the northern part of Lomondgate. It contains significant employers including Aggreko, Innova NanoJet Technology Ltd and Chivas Ltd. It benefits from an attractive woodland setting along the River Leven and includes the Category A Listed Strathleven House at its centre.
