The Shopfront Improvement Grant is fully funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and can provide up to 80% of project expenditure, up to a maximum contribution of £10,000. This can be used to fund external improvements to High Street retail properties. Both landlords and tenants can apply. Applications are currently being accepted for Alexandria and Clydebank Town Centre’s. Expression of interest from other areas are welcome for later phases of the programme.
