Levelling up Fund - Dumbarton Town Centre Regeneration

West Dunbartonshire Council successfully applied to the UK Government for Levelling up Fund (LUF) to tackle the decline of the town centre. £19.9m LUF grant together with £2.2m of the Council capital funding will fund three key projects in Dumbarton:

• repurposing Glencairn House into a state of art library and museum
• acquisition, part-demolition and costs towards the redevelopment of the Artizan Centre
• connecting Dumbarton - public realm and connectivity improvements between the Central Station and Town Centre.
